The cost is only $300 per year, to be paid in full upfront, plus a $100 one time set up fee.
Coverage includes:
- Full set of x-rays as required for every visit
- 2 Comprehensive exams
- 10% off all cosmetic procedures
- Perio charting over the 12-month cycle
- 25% Discount on preventative, restorative, and periodontal (medically necessary) treatments – includes (but is not limited to) deep cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, and partial dentures
- 10% Discount on cosmetic treatments – includes (but is not limited to) whitening, adult braces, and veneers
Examples:
For $4500 cosmetic treatment = only $4000 w/ PDP ($500 savings!)
For $4500 medically necessary treatment = only $3,375 w/ PDP ($1,125 savings!)
