Pure Dental Health strives to make your dental experience as painless as possible.
We accept many dental insurance plans, as listed below. If you do not see your dental insurance plan listed, please call us to find out if we have recently added it to our network. We will collect your insurance information, outline your insurance coverage, and file all the necessary paperwork for you.
We currently accept all of, but not limited to, the following PPO insurance plans:

If you would like your dental insurance to cover your new patient appointment, please provide insurance information 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you have booked your appointment within less than 24 hours of the appointment, please provide the information at the time of booking so that we can do our best to get your insurance verified (and have your insurance company directly cover your plan benefits).
If your insurance is not verified by appointment time, it’s no problem, but you will need to pay the appointment fee and be reimbursed by your insurance company afterwards. If you’ve booked an appointment and need to submit your insurance information, please email your name, date of birth, subscriber’s name and date of birth (if you are not the primary on the plan), insurance company’s name, insurance company’s phone number, insurance ID number (or your social security number), and insurance group number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Limited or No Insurance?
If your insurance provider does not cover your dental care or if you have no dental insurance, we offer flexible payment plans, both in-house as well as through partners. We do our best to work with patients and will come up with a reasonable payment plan that will work for you. Please contact our office at Pure Dental Health today to schedule your appointment.
